As a first time dog owner I had so many questions about things like what my dog can eat or not eat, if certain behaviours are normal, "should I do something about that little limp?" etc. Many of these small questions feel too little or silly (and costly!) to make an appointment with your vet, but nonetheless you want to ask someone that you trust. And that someone has been Dr. Morici. Always there for quick advice, guidance, and never makes any question seem too small. "We noticed Fritz's leg was hurting, so we took him to our vet. The vet couldn't inspect him properly because Fritz wouldn't stay still, so we left without a clear idea of what was wrong, just with some painkillers. Later, we ran into Sami. She took the time to look at Fritz's leg for us. Within seconds, she could pinpoint exactly what was wrong - a tear in a knee ligament. She followed up with some incredibly detailed advice, which we followed to a T, to prevent further injury. She also reviewed his medications. It was challenging to keep Fritz calm for a while, but because Sami was so clear about what was wrong and what needed to be done, we knew we had to follow her advice. We're incredibly glad we did because Fritz is doing so much better now! Next time we will skip our local vet and go directly to Sami."
